International Commercial Airline Stretcher service can save thousands of dollars compared to a traditional air ambulance. Through arrangements with a limited number of international commercial airlines, it is possible to transport patients that qualify, utilizing our commercial stretcher service.



After evaluating your medical transport needs and consulting with your health care providers, Worldwide Medical Escorts will secure authorization for stretcher service from a commercial airline.

A detailed medical clearance form must be received in advance and approved by the medical department of the airline. Airlines that offer this service provide their own on-board medical stretcher and require anywhere from seventy-two hours to two weeks advance notice.



Our medical escorts will accompany the patient to any safe destination worldwide. Many of our escorts are bi-lingual, and airline flight crews will offer assistance with translation in-flight as needed for a comfortable journey.
